10 Quick and Easy Weight Loss Tips for Men and Women

You can control you weight by very simple methods. This is a common problem with men and women, but some people are so depressed for it. Tv commercials are not recommended to use any medicine. As any one know anybody wants to get loss his/her weight in some days but it is not possible. Here are some quick and easy weight loss tips for men and women.

1. Go for Walk for weight loss:

Walking is the best form of exercise you can do and when the weather is nice. Its an easy way to keep fit. Try some of other tips for getting more walking in:
  • Park your car as far from the entrance as possible.
  • Take the stairs instead of elevator.
  • Use a Push mower instead of a power one.

2. Stop eating out as much:

Fast food is very convenient but it can also be high in fat and calories. By cooking your own meals and eating at home more often, you will not only have more control over what goes into your food, but over time you will save mony too. Read best recipes.

3. Eat Breakfast regularly:

If there is one thing that nutritionist agree in, its that you should not skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast may make you more likely to indulge. 

4. Eat smaller protein:

This seems like a non brainier, but we often do not think about protein size. At restaurants try cutting your meal in half and taking the rest at home to have another meal.
At home use a smaller plate than you normally would. You would not feel like you having less because the plate will still look full.

5. Do Exercise daily:

Most people think of exercise a way to increase flexibility and de-stress, but did you know it can help with weight loss. Doing exercise on regular basis can help to build your muscles, which interns boost metabolism.  

6. Spend more time outdoors:

With Tv, Internet and video games being so popular we are spending less and less time doing outdoor activities. So play outdoor games instead of internet. 

7. Build Muscles:

It is recommended that you build and maintain muscle mass 3 times a week, Push ups, lunges and squats are muscle building exercises that you can do practically anywhere and without any equipment.
When you have more muscles your metabolism will increase and will help burn more calories.

8. Weight yourself daily:

Many people say to ignore the scale and not weight yourself, but if you do not then how will you if you are making any progress.
If you weight yourself daily and notes your weight going up a few days in a row, you know that you need to increase your exercise or cut back on your food.

9. Stop drinking soda:

Drinking just one cane of soda a day can contribute more then 1 pound of weight per month, one cane of soda can have as much as 8 tea spoons of sugar. Water is the best beverage you can have for your health and waist line.

10. Eat fruits:

Fruit is mostly water and has no fat, so it fills you up. Do not worry about carb count, as fruit has the good kind and contain lots of healthy fiber as well.
